Don't know, but if they see this coming, and a possible big influx of money/jobs, I'm sure they'd find it somewhere.

Won't be any money available. They have a wall to pay for first.
To secede could only be done with the acquiescence of the US federal government. Almost to the point where it isn't even taking place.
They would enter into trade deals and defense agreement with the US and in essence, nothing would change.
They won't be traitors. they will be NATO allies.
