You are trespassing.
Put up a sign indicating that.... and your stuff will be sitting right there.
OK ?
You can carry your deliveries home.

Even when confronted with irrefutable proof, he can’t admit he’s wrong. Thick heads. SheeshPut up a sign indicating that.... and your stuff will be sitting right there.

That says a warrant. Do you even understand the law?Believe what you want. It’s perfectly legal. Once again you are wrong. Sorry that you don’t understand the law. Maybe this will help.View attachment 431640
Now apologize and admit you were wrong. There’s no shame in that.

Lol do you know what punctuation is? If someone has a legal right…. for example, an public easement or sidewalk or a street and take a picture in your house that can be seen from there it’s legal, if someone has a warrant to be “in” your house they can take a picture, good God man.Warrant (law) - Wikipedia

With a warrant you can go in and photograph. Reading isn’t one of your strong points I guess. You don’t need a warrant to film from public property. You’re dense. I’m doneWarrant (law) - Wikipedia

Lol quora for your answers OK great and all that says it’s creepy and I don’t disagree but creepy and illegal or not the same thing. Neither is rude and illegal. Feeling uncomfortable is not illegal either. Is it illegal to take a picture of someone while they are inside their home, but the picture taker is outside of the home?
Answer (1 of 5): This is kind of creepy to be honest with you. I can give you two ends of a continuum. If you are on their property and trespassing, then “no.” If you are both in a public place and you are photographic what any other person would see, as long as you are not stalking, in their way...www.quora.com
You can't get a warrant.
Is it Illegal to Take Pictures of Someone on Private Property

He’s obviously impairedNo, but law-enforcement can.
Oh, it doesn’t matter if your left or right, if you base what you want to believe off an agenda, the truth doesn’t matterYou my friend are not worth educating.

No, that's the opposite of what I was taught. I was taught exactly what I said. Having a package for that address is an invitation to be there, but remain respectful at all times.Everytime you step on a person's property you are trespassing. You were taught this in driver training a long time ago.
ApparentlyOh, it doesn’t matter if your left or right, if you base what you want to believe off an agenda, the truth doesn’t matter
But he’s not thinking logically at this point. No, that's the opposite of what I was taught. I was taught exactly what I said. Having a package for that address is an invitation to be there, but remain respectful at all times.
Think about it logically... If you were trespassing, you'd be committing a crime. UPS can't punish you for refusing to do anything illegal or unethical. What if every driver said, "I'd be committing the crime of trespassing if I went any further, so I'll leave the package here on the sidewalk."?
Somebody's optimistic today. I see no one in this thread with the mental competency necessary to be educated. You my friend are not worth educating.
The Argentinean tree squirrel, relative to size, is actually the fastest land animal on earth, even after eating 1/3 it's weight each morning. It can outrun a cheetah 0-40!!!You are trespassing. That person does not tell the company which company to use. The company tells what company to deliver it. There is no agreement for the individual to release the authority to take pictures. They are under the understanding that the package will be left on the porch or need a signature if needed.
