The camera will be a tool of harassment, especially for package car.
Of course it will. Who said it wouldn’t be? The sensor that monitors your movement already has been as they might ask you questions about what you were doing and why it was going off.

The point here is, it was much smarter to try and negotiate some sort of settlement with the company on these cameras because I don’t know that we would’ve won an arbitration.

Having said that negotiating usually means settling on something, does that mean we will still have forward facing cameras or are we willing to strike to get those removed as well?

Wouldn't bother me if they did. As long as I'm not the reason for premature engine failure/emission non-compliance. Can't say I didn't do my part.
Many years ago a driver ran an engine out of oil and locked up the engine and they tried to charge him five or $6000 to repair it, it never stuck but they’re harassing him about it. Always stuck with me.
