OP said "will they STILL pick up sound" is why I'm asking.100%? No, have I ever heard audio on any of the front facing cameras? No, It doesn’t mean it has not got the capability though I’m guessing.

I’ve watched a lot of video and haven’t heard any sound. It’s possible it does. I just haven’t heard it. I am only talking about the forward facing camera. The inward-facing sensor doesn’t pick up anything but movement currently.OP said "will they STILL pick up sound" is why I'm asking.
Its a lot cheaper to buy hardware off the shelf and only use the functions you want. Also makes it very easy to add upgrades.I’ve watched a lot of video and haven’t heard any sound. If the inward-facing sensor has sound, they sure have heard me curse a whole lot when it goes offIts a lot cheaper to buy hardware off the shelf and only use the functions you want. Also makes it very easy to add upgrades.
The trucks make so much noise the audio would be worthless most of the time.If the inward-facing sensor has sound, they sure have heard me curse a whole lot when it goes off
Tough guy Sean already said we're walkin' unless we have a deal before the contract expires.I’m trying to remember if we’ve ever had a contract negotiation where we did not take a Strike vote? If we have, I don’t remember.
He did and he’s already let down some people on the café because there’s a couple of supplements hanging LOL.Tough guy Sean already said we're walkin' unless we have a deal before the contract expires.
Why?
Cameras not banned in the contract equals not serious. To show them that you are serious

I think it might be different this timeTo show them that less than a quarter of the employees actually care to vote?
That just weakens us in negotiations. Not a good move.
It worked for them
Maybe, maybe notI'll bet they had almost a 100% turnout for the strike vote. It showed their employer that they were serious. We'd be lucky to get a 25% turnout. It will show UPS that we're not serious.
