I would think.... you mastered the art, of properly "quoting" and responding.

They aren't that smart.

When you say "we", you are trying to give 2 different impressions.


First being, you have some sort of say-so in the matter.

Second being, the company is the only one making a decision.


Grievances, are won or lost.... based on their merit.

You might sound a little more credible if you learn the difference between "then" and "than".

The only thing missing from that astute observation....
