1- Its not false equivalence. A boycott is nothing but the economic expression of cancel culture. You dont like someone’s position on a social issue, so you refuse to support them with your dollars. It is your right as an American to do that. But dont get all butt hurt when you find out that it works both ways.
2- The company that makes Mr and Mrs Potato Head has made a business decision to also offer a gender neutral Potato Head. You can still buy a Mr and Mrs Potato Head if you want to.
