Look at your contract. When does the seasonal period start? Why is the union allowing PVD's before Thanksgiving anyway?
I would argue pvds are not even in the contract. Why is the union allowing PVD's before Thanksgiving anyway?
That’s because they ARE seasonal drivers.I would argue pvds are not even in the contract.
They get to start same time as seasonal drivers, which is 1.5 months before helpers can be used... makes no sense.
Yep, if need be.Look at your contract. When does the seasonal period start?
Also what would you like to do about it Wally? Strike?
Did 177 file a grievance on PVDs and take it to arbitration?
He's simply trying to justify his continual practice of violating the contract.Where in the op’s post did it say supervisor’s were doing union work? And I loved supervisor’s doing union work it paid me or someone else free money.
Why are they allowed at all?Why is the union allowing PVD's before Thanksgiving anyway?
We're told to shut up if we know what's good for us.Did 177 file a grievance on PVDs and take it to arbitration?
I doubt that. We're told to shut up if we know what's good for us.

50 yard line... just saying...You'll shut up if you know what's good for you.
It’s going to be lonely when @MECH-lift is the only driver demanding his 8 on Christmas EveSay what? No guarantee?
I hope zero drivers went home. We are our own worst enemy.
Try to tell a runner/gunner that ..When done with work send DIAD message saying you're done and want your 8 hour guarantee. When they send you home anyways. Ask for DIAD messages and then file grievance if they don't pay you 8 hours.
Ok..Try to tell a runner/gunner that ..
You know why they are doing thisOk..
