The age guidelines on hormone replacement therapy start at 16.
This is something that is currently being studied with groups of transgender youth that have socially transitioned earlier.
Doctors on these studies have their fears as well, but addressing the high rates of negative outcomes in transgender people is something that is trying to be addressed.
Maybe these doctors just need to quit wasting their time and go on 4chan making fun of their suicide rates.

No in fact the overseeing body of endocrine specialists are looking into early hormone replacement therapy as a means of sparing the child as many costly and possible negative outcome surgeries as possible.
There is guidelines on it by specialists and they are set at 16.

There are no known irreversible effects of puberty blockers. If you decide to stop taking them, your body will go through puberty just the way it would have if you had not taken puberty blockers at all.
