I will tip my helper before my loader , but its because somewhere they decided to my route to train loaders

Just in the last month I have had 3 or 4 different people loading my truck

I will give my loader a $100 tip for his efforts throughout the year. If I were to prorate that for Peak it would work out to about $10-15.

I will be sending my loader to Kauai again this spring for the stellar work he has accomplished loading my package car all year.

I swing so all I ask if I'm stuck in the same route that my loader "try" to put the first 2 sections in sequence so I can have space to sort. $50 for "effort".

I have a good loader and only give 50 bucks. Not like a 20 year loader isn't well compensated. As a driver I would prefer zero tips. I will take them though.
