Conservatives are busy pointing out the condition liberals have put us in. No one wants nuclear war unless they're mentally unstable. But you asked about using nukes and sometimes it may be the only option if used in a limited manner. All out nuclear war will only happen if the ones with nukes decide on a preemptive strike. Let's hope they never do.
