How hard is it to read a PAL label and load accordingly? Or, better yet, how hard is it to unload packages from a trailer labels up on a conveyor, chute or slide?
Evidently it's not that easy when you're loading four to six cars and we have 40 misloads at times. Why don't you try that let me know how it works out?

You mean the Joe unions?

No. I am talking about the ones who are intelligent enough to be on equal footing with the company.

I would not want a Joe Union negotiating my next car lease, let alone a National Master Agreement affecting the livelihoods of thousands of union workers.

News flash!:
They are Joe unions.
You aren't in their league.
They attended the strike line until it was over and the thousands of 22:3 jobs that exist today were won.
Yes, we're all glad you don't negotiate our CBAs.

Starting wage is a waste of time.

Would it be better if UPS negotiated your next contract with UPS?

So you think a transient Workforce is efficient? Evidently you've never had a business. Or common sense.

Bingo. Part timers that come and go don't benefit anyone. It takes more than a couple months to become a good loader and learn how to do the job the correct way. That's one of the reasons drivers go out with shi!$$y loads all the time.

Drivers go out with :censored2:ty loads because millenials/milleniels lack a work ethic.

A lawyer that knows the intricacies of our work environment? All set.

A lawyer that knows the ins and out of contract law.

Brother I would never lease a car .
That's your whole problem. You are leasing cars and you think you should get paid less money an hour. Does your wife hold your tennis balls in her purse ?

And you lack common sense and tact.

I would wager your Roth that the "millennials" we employ... and my kids are in that age group...can work circles around your pompous donkey with a much better attitude than you portray on here. Heck, my oldest grandson has a better work ethic and "can do" attitude than many of my coworkers who are within the retirement age margin.

Others just had parents that divorced when they were young and the Dads never bothered to show them how to be responsible and productive young adults because they didn't consider it was more important than their personal interests.
