italy has 28000 socialist worker coops where the workers dont rent themselves for an hourly rate, they own the fruits of their labour

mondragon coop is 1 of the biggest businesses in spain and its not capitalist, with some democratic worker input

capitalism is all about taking "someone elses". thats why they have employees, to take their surplus labour. if the employees werent profitable they would probably be fired.

bosses need the workers. workers dont need the bosses. but not everyone wants to be free either. but they should know about it at least
