And if you listened to ours you would hear the world numbers. About a month ago 95% of victims had been men over 50, especially with preexisting conditions. Don't know where that stat is now. The ironic thing is if it killed 20% of our elderly 70 and older it would make Social Security more solvent. And probably would have a boom from a lot of inherited money.

If you’re uninsured a corona virus test will run you $3k up until recently when the government said they’d cover it. If you are positive, treatment can run $10-20k. Uninsured people are not going to get tested and they will delay treatment until they are near death. This will increase the death toll and infection rates. There is no benefit to our system in this pandemic scenario.
