Take the first shot and in 2 weeks about the time the antibodies have built up you get a booster.
So to stay in the 95% immunity range as it is, wouldn’t it require 8 shots a year?

Just listened to a doctor talking about immunity yesterday. With the data we have we know that natural immunity gives a strong immune response for at least 8 months at this point. If you extrapolate the half life of the B and T cells the immune response should last many many years if not a lifetime.

We do not have long enough time frame of data at this point to give a good estimate of vaccine requirements. However the initial results show a similar immune response to that of the yellow fever vaccine which is a once in a lifetime shot.
