Fauci waffles on everything over a period of time.

I've lost a lot of respect for him over the last year.

It is kind of dumb that he absolutely will not give his own personal opinion on anything that might save people if it hasn't been cemented as scientific fact by many studies.

For example, no mention that vitamin D supplementation can greatly reduce the severity of COVID symptoms even though he himself supplements with 6,000 IU a day. And no mention that those who are overweight or obese don't fare nearly as well upon infection as those who are not even though over 1/3 of US adults are obese.

I agree ... he is not a decision maker.
The best place for him is as an advisor to operational management making decisions.

my friend runs a socialist cooperative biz. he and his coworker collectively decide how to run the biz, and they dont exploit employees for profit because its just them 2. sticking your head in the sand and pretending like their are no other solutions doesnt make it so.

You literally just described a partnership. Calling it a co-op doesn't make it one. Smh.

Lurch caught not wearing the mask! I thought the mask was the key to saving humanity?????

What gives? Like Sleepy Joe, maybe they really know the mask doesnt do squat?

I better call my grandma to make sure this Neanderthal didn’t kill her doing something so recklessly dangerous.

Saw a funny moment on FOX News waiting for The Five to come on.
Dr. Makary was talking about schools and the new CDC guidelines.
He said, "If you decrease the social distance from 6 feet to 3 feet, you can have twice as many students in a classroom.
I busted out laughing and my wife wife was like, "What was funny about that?"

I said, "You can get 4 times as many students ... not 2 times as many."

I had to draw her a grid before she understood.

Dr. Makary needs to stick to medicine and not venture into math!

"Uh oh": Sean Hannity didn't realize they were back from commercial...

"Seeing Hannity’s shocked face would have been reason enough to enjoy the clip, but it gets so much better as you examine the details of the footage. Let’s start off with what you see: Hannity appearing to take notes or read something on the desk in front of him, as TV hosts are want to do during commercial breaks—though Hannity does it with a vape pen dangling from where most people have a bottom lip.

Upon realizing he’s live in millions of homes (though far fewer homes than he was a few months ago), the conspiracy theorist quickly throws his vape pen out of frame like a highschooler smoking behind the dumpster when the vice principal comes around the corner. As he tries to recover and look straight to camera, his glasses sit askew on his face, as though they’re ashamed to be associated with the man."

Dr. Makary is one dimensional, obviously.

I wonder why everyone doesn’t trust him, said no one, ever.

That qualifies him for the firing squad, in your mind, I’m sure.

Not really. Corporations have owners, often known as shareholders. A corporation with 2 shareholders is not a co-op. It’s corporation.
I think regardless of the definition what's being practiced is what matters.. I'm in favor of that kind of model as long as they are not exploiting employees. There's probably more to it as well

It doesn’t scale well beyond a partner or two. It’s easy for 2 people to make a decision. It doesn’t work well for 10 people to collectively make a business decision. If I gave my employees a “vote” on decisions most of them would vote how I told them to. They don’t have the experience to know any different and they’d trust my assessment. The reality is most people want to be lead.
