I couldn't find where he said that but the VAERS website puts out adverse reactions to all vaccines so numbers listed for 2013 would cover the flu vaccine and others, not the covid vaccines. The adverse reactions to covid vaccines are much higher than reactions listed for other vaccines in previous years. In fairness compared to the number of people vaccinated it's still a small percentage but there is a possibility of life threatening reactions so to say covid vaccines are completely safe isn't quite so.
