It will be interesting to see how it all unfolds. Will enough NO voters vote YES because they're tired of waiting for that extra .70 cents? Im guessing the majority of the people who actually cared enough to vote won't be swayed.
But it might encourage some of the deadbeats who didn't vote the first time around to vote this time. Who knows.
