If you don't use the extra bodies. They will not have the incentive to stay. Which will effect next peak. Management needs to be smart. For the future drivers. Especially if they are good

It will be back to SPC. We have to come up with a different metric (my opinion) to put cars on the road.

It does not have to be a battle everyday at work.

They need to increase management salary and get rid of MIP for production. Re-empower the CMs and on-cars and hold them accountable for their strategies and decisions.
