I think this thread makes it seem that BC is here to help customers with their problems. I don't think its a good idea to provide for this misconception.

I think the thread is ok if it's made into a sticky,locked, the smart alecs are deleted, and the links, common questions with their answers, tips for getting the package on time (like not waiting to the last frakin minute), etc are added as thought of by the mods.

Better the customers have a thread like that then come into the wolf's den and get their head bit off.

I have hardwood down stairs. I don't actually have Berber but I like how it feels. It's not good if you have dogs. They can hook a nail and it'll be a bloody mess.

My parents were blind so we did not have TV until I was a teenager.
I guess I missed Sky King.
