You work off the clock?
Every morning. I'm new and doing everything I can to ensure I pass probation. Day 31 I'll relax but yes I come in on average 45min to 1hour early.

Doing my 30 day probation and this helps me in the AM with knowing where all my airs are.
After day 30 my tune might change, but I'll be damned if I get washed over what some other driver thinks.
You do what you have to do during qualifying.Late airs = washed. He told me handle my business no accidents no late air and I'm good.

After you qualify stay out of you car on the clock though. That's what I thought too.

I would let slide while on your 30 but as for your "tune might change", put this into consideration. At top rate (when you make that), your 30 minute free time giveaway equals $6,708/year in wages. That's about $4500 after taxes. That's a pretty good vacation you're donating to UPS's bank account.
You can adjust that as necessary for your current wages over progression.
I show up no less than 30min early to PCM. Organizing my airs and sorting the truck are critical to my success on road
He is qualifying. You need to stop working off the clock. Your cheating.
He is qualifying.
Maybe it's not Skippy abusing you but this dude? One day I saw another driver loading MY car off the clock. I about flipped out. If you want to tweak your load off the clock that is your business but stay the friend* out of my package car.
No, he's an idiot.Maybe it's not Skippy abusing you but this dude?
An idiot like a fox maybe? Hmmm. Hmmmm? No, he's an idiot.
