Does anyone have experience working in an automated building?

I hate it so much. I hate standing in one spot for hours. At least with loading or even zipping up the bags at smalls I’m moving.

My son quit a year ago started another job said no way he could continue to do that. At this point I believe he made the right move.

It’s so ed up right now with layoffs and building upgrades. I’m willing to stick it out just to build my homestead, God willing.

His original plan was to try and go driving. would’ve been several years and he did not want to wait it out and the way things are going. It was probably the right choice at this time. Things are a lot different now.

They did a ton of funny business regarding going driving during the pandemic. Like I know people with lesser seniority getting the call. Idk what came with the grievances. Idk what Tome is doing but I believe this company is headed the way like Sears sadly.

When I started having low seniority just met you were going to get the crappy jobs in the longest hours, which is fine and it’s fun to make fun Low seniority because we’ve all been there.

Now I fear many of these young drivers or aspiring drivers will base their life around this, and not have the opportunity to even do crappy routes and long hours. Like getting the rug pulled out from under you.

Could be, although I don’t think it will be quite that catastrophic but certainly it will be a very different company if they continue down this road.

As long as blackrock and vanguard have its clutches on this company I don’t have high hopes for it or any company infected with it.

I believe the part-time and full-time inside jobs will be the hardest hit in the next couple years. Feeders will be a close second.
