You want a toe? I can get you a toe.
Ya. They're gonna have to raise wages to get workers. Which will cause inflation. Which the Federal reserve will combat by raising rates. Which will slow the economy and market.

It seems counter intuitive, but there is such a thing as too much of a good thing.
If only our currency wasn't inflationary.....

You do realize this isn't just my opinion. It's the opinion of every financial analyst there is.

You do realize that’s its the financial analyst opinion that stocks are correcting because of fears about the fed raising rates and they are blaming the tax cuts.

So you aren’t attacking Trump for horrendous stock market performance now even though analysts are blaming the tax cuts, but trump gets credit for decent stock market performance because of those same tax cuts that hadn’t passed yet while you cite financia analysts. I guess the opinions of financial analysts only matters sometimes.

You just prove my point about Trump supporters non relationship with reality concerning Trump and stock market performance

So there you go. The Obama economy did hold inflation in check. Who would have thought going from basketball sneakers to golf shoes would have sped the economy up.

Except the economy in real terms hasn’t sped up. Job growth was less last year than job growth in many previous years probably going back to 2010.

GDP growth in 2017 was worse than GDP growth in 2015 and 2014.

Stock market performance comparing trump and Obama in office for the same time is worse right now.

On the economy, Trump is doing the failed GWBush thing all over again.

Bernie and Trump were right. The system is rigged.

Not just political, economic.

Nah it’s not people. It’s specifically republicans.

I don’t do the all people thing as a way to absolve republicans for what they are doing right now.

Objectively, the economy under President Obama over the totality of his terms was better than the one for Bush. So Obama supporters saying hey the economy performed better is not delusional it’s not wrong. It is factually accurate.

Republicans pretending or lying or whatever they are doing about the economy under trump which has so far in objective metrics done slightly worse is delusional. Pretending that Trump was responsible for the stock market is delusional.
the obama economy was worse than bush because bush had a housing bubble, and obama presidency started with the great recession.

The ability for delusion amongst republicans is truly amazing.

Comparing the totality of economic performance between Bush and Obama and objectively it’s not really close as to which was better.

But Trump is under performing President Obama on the economy right now. You’d think that republicans who spent years lamenting economic growth would be dissatisfied that Trump right now is doing worse than President Obama.

But of course policy outcomes are irrelevant to republicans.

Who is not a republican Trump or Bush.

Either way republicans loved Bush when he was failing in Iraq, failing with Katrina, failing in his self created war on terror and failing on the economy.

Now republicans love trump who is basically doing nothing while president. Has a ton of corruption, says racist stuff, is incredibly personally immoral.

So I think republicans treated both as if they think they are republicans.
