I could say the same thing about the far right and their whitewashing of the anti-constitutional coup attempt by Trump supporters.

You had the January 6th Commission trying to suppress evidence to paint a narrative that would put Trump in the worst light. So excuse me if I don't trust the Left's motives.

Ukraine against all odds was having temporary success. That's when they could have negotiated a peace deal.
Biden should have pushed for that to happen. Instead he and other Western countries decided they didn't care how many Ukrainians had to die for their proxy war.

Noble is a stretch but we’ve seen that democracy and capitalism with a strong rule of law makes for happy citizens. Look at the happiest countries. They are democracies with regulated capitalism.
You can be freer in the West than you ever could in authoritarian communism or mafia state like Russia.
There’s absolutely no comparing someone like Biden to Putin. Even Trump is more constrained by our constitution than a raging maniac like Putin. Come on.
democracy and capitalism dont mix. capitalism corrupts democracies. capitalism is leading towards political authoritarianism with guys like trump, le pen, the leader of italy, etc. we dont have a strong rule of law. over 90% of court cases are plea deals because the justice system is under funded. presidents and other politicians dont get in trouble. and the white collar crime enforcement budget is minimal. no 2008 bankers went to jail.
the constitution is frequently ignored.

We have failed to sufficiently regulate capitalism. To my mind there is no better way to distribute society’s resources than through capitalism. I hope we don’t give up on it and democracy because I am seriously opposed to authoritarianism of all kinds.
capitalism is a form of economic authoritarianism because workers follow orders from the owners. the owners have more of the power even when unionized. the unions are never strong enough to deliver a reasonable workplace.
i am in favor of an economic system which is 2 or 3 or 4 etc coowners.
