Turned in a sales lead on a comapany that was shipping FDX. I maxed out at $500.00 the first day they shipped. THat was all I ever got.
But the job security was worth more than the money, even though I am on my way out.
Shame managment will not listen to drivers on what the custmer wants to help keep business. Instead of trying to get or get back customers, somebody better wise up to KEEP the ones we have. And starting drivers at 9-9:15 is not one of those.
