We are a multi billion dollar company. Why in the hell should I be expected to submit sales leads when we have people being paid the big bucks to get us customers? Am I missing something? How bout instead of pounding the brown cafe forum trying to get us to do your job you pick up the phone and start calling new customers. It's pretty simple

How many of "your" customers do you think like being "cold called"?

It takes less than 5 minutes to gather and input the required information for a sales leads.

For the regular person we are much more expensive than fed ex but for our customers I don't think its that much of a difference

Give us drivers 50 stops and we can spend the other half talking to customers but how much sense does it make to give us 160 and then turn in sales leads when we have a whole division for that purpose?

Then why have a sales team?

ISR employees follow up on our sales leads and, yes, they do cold call people.

AE's take care of our established accounts and get new accounts up to speed.
