I heard a story of a driver at one of my states HUBS where their driver ran a four way stop and killed someone. Back on the road a year later.

Had a driver years back get 2 DUIs in less then 2 months. He worked preload and twilight for over 2 years till he got his license back.

Of all the drinking that went on at my old center the biggest drunk was one of our center managers. The guys was a total alcoholic and eventually shown the door after being transferred a number of times. Drunk Ted was apparently even seen drinking out of a used bar ashtray.
