The only problem is Mich state law that says if the recount is different from the original count , then the original tally stands.

WikiLeaks figure says ‘disgusted’ Democrat leaked Clinton campaign emails
A WikiLeaks figure is claiming that he received leaked Clinton campaign emails from a “disgusted” Democratic whistleblower, while the White House continued to blame Russian hackers Wednesday for meddling in the presidential election and asserted that Donald Trump was “obviously aware” of Moscow’s efforts on his behalf.
Craig Murray, a former British ambassador to Uzbekistan and a close associate of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, said in the report by the Daily Mail that he flew to Washington for a clandestine handoff with one of the email sources in September.
He said he received a package in a wooded area near American University.
“Neither of [the leaks] came from the Russians,” Mr. Murray told the British newspaper. “The source had legal access to the information. The documents came from inside leaks, not hacks.”

If the election was stolen, it was by Putin and Trump, probably working together, or through the auspices of the RNC. If it is proven that Trump or the RNC were colluding with Russia, the election could be voided.
This is the angle Obama is probably pursuing. Link Putin and Trump, or the RNC and the hack, and Donald is toast, as in treason. That leaves open the possibility of a new election.

If proof is shown, the Russians will know how we know, and change their tactics. Right know they aren't sure how we found out.

Syria .
Every muslim group that the USA has equipped and/or trained is gone . Defeated or joined up with another group .
Russia and loyal Syrian troops are winning .
Should Russia & the USA become allies something bho is against , then that war will be over quickly .
Destroying another bho legacy .
So in order for bho to think he was the greatest president ever , he must stop Trump & Putin now.
