Unlike Florida and Ohio, Republican-controlled legislatures in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin refused to allow election officials to process and count absentee ballots before Election Day. That's why results are delayed. Count all the ballots.
All ballots should have been postmarked on Monday at the latest. because anybody with the brain knows that you cannot mail it out on election Day and expect it to be there on election Day.

Im gonna go out on a limb here and say, throwing out entire STATES isnt really a solid solution. lol
Worse case there is a forced recount. Best case, rampant fraud is revealed to the supreme court, and the court is left with no other option than to declare one or the other the victor.

Any ballots that was received after yesterday should have a separate total in case there is a dispute over whether it was postmark on time or not

Dems created this scenario with all their last minute changes. Post Office policy has always been for people to mail their ballots in at least a week before the election. If idiots waited too long and didn't just go to vote in person that is all on them.

Crooked Judge Sullivan tried to order the USPS to postmark everything by election day. Way beyond his authority and there was no way the USPS could comply.
Any ballot that was received after Tuesday should have * after the ballot is counted. if it doesn't change the final results of the election No harm no foul.

Its like turning in an Exam paper a week after the deadline. For obvious fraudulent reasons including, finding out what all the correct answers were and then writing them down, wouldnt be allowed. Same principle, different application. The teacher would have given them an friend and moved on. Is it fair? Yes. The deadline is the deadline for a reason. It should be obvious as to why but, when in doubt the dems play stupid like they dont understand why.
What if we just so "happened" to find those missing Trump ballots a month later? And it ended up RE-flipping the election for Trump? Would they say "every vote must be counted"? Of course not. They only want their victory and then to stop counting. Cant say I blame them. Everyone likes to win. But thats not how this works.
