Trump tweeted “Is it legal for a sitting President to be “wire tapping” a race for president prior to an election?
The Obama administration left several selective information packets to be found throughout the gov't records . Which is rather strange considering that during his administration getting public records released required most to sue through the court system . The Freedom of Information Act did not exist for that administration . But all of this Russian stuff is easily released .

There's official paperwork from FISA regarding the permission asked to wiretap Trump's residence. Permission was denied, but it seems wiretapping took place anyway for how long?

A FISA warrant was approved in Oct. That means there was some reasonable suspicion the Trump campaign was in contact with a foreign government, Russia. Obama couldn't have issued the order, he didn't have the authority. It was the FBI. The question is why is Trump bringing more attention to his campaign's ties to Russia? Does he not understand this makes him look bad, or does he just need an enemy so he has to baselessly attack Obama?
