Extended Area routes to run only 3 days per week?

Why should a lower seniority guy be given the choice of the day off before a senior driver?

Well here, contractually seniority only gives you the right to work, now, having said that usually management is smart enough to know it’s a good idea to give the seniority people days off. Some supplements may be different.

But that language wouldn't pertain to this situation. Because the route isn't still in but missing over 50% of its work. It's been temporarily eliminated. So it would fall under this language in my opinion.

Well, I always chose option #4….

Take a route out blind and tank it so hard they never cut your route out again! 🤷‍♂️
