Exactly. And if there is that massive of a consensus, they would be gone anyways. We'd have to essentially be bankrupt for that to happen.
JUST KIDDING
That would be bad for all of us !!!!!

No falsifying air here. I'm sure they lost money on my air today. LmaoIt's turning a blind eye to the problem.
Maybe a few more 25 million dollar fines for falsifying next day airs might ring a bell
And then he can have a Lochte esque story when the rest comes out.If they won't give your job back maybe 60 minutes would spare you 10 min.
This is what I think - something in the story is missing. And then he can have a Lochte esque story when the rest comes out.
Especially when it's a mislead not a damn thing they can say to you about being missedI believe I would have sheeted them as missed. They couldn't touch you then. I do love the missed button
Nope. That doesn't work either. You'll get an answer the next morning in the office along with a warning letter or a notice of dischargeSheet it missed. You'll get a response.
Which should be an absolute slam dunk of a grievance considering the DIAD training everybody has taken.Nope. That doesn't work either. You'll get an answer the next morning in the office along with a warning letter or a notice of discharge
Umm....a big old nopeNope. That doesn't work either. You'll get an answer the next morning in the office along with a warning letter or a notice of discharge

I'm not saying don't sheet it. I'm saying we can't sheet missed here, without being told to. But you can't be told to, if they don't respond to messages. SO what we always have to end up doing here, is delivering our misloadsWhich should be an absolute slam dunk of a grievance considering the DIAD training everybody has taken.
Bullcrap. Corporate Diad training tells you to sheet it missed. You sheet it missed.I'm not saying don't sheet it. I'm saying we can't sheet missed here, without being told to. But you can't be told to, if they don't respond to messages. SO what we always have to end up doing here, is delivering our misloads
Nope. Not a chance.Nope. That doesn't work either. You'll get an answer the next morning in the office along with a warning letter or a notice of discharge
As maddening as it is - this is what you should do if you don't hear anything (for job security). If it's a business misload then it should be delivered on time and go back to your area afterward.SO what we always have to end up doing here, is delivering our misloads
Hell Yeah!Bullcrap. Corporate Diad training tells you to sheet it missed. You sheet it missed.
I agree. What do you mean by center agreement? We don't have anything like that hereNope. Not a chance.
#1) It's the management's job to respond to Misloads. If there's no response we sheet it missed as per the center's agreement.
#2) If you want to waste 30-45+ minutes and dozens of miles running it go for it. That's even worse depending on the stage if Orion in your building. Heck, we sheeted misloaded next day (01) air letters WITH PAYCHECKS in it during Orion implementation.
Make up your mind management. Do your job responding to the Misloads and things work out much better. It's your problem, not mine.
You send a message, take a picture of the message. If they don't respond, sheet it as missed.I'm not saying don't sheet it. I'm saying we can't sheet missed here, without being told to. But you can't be told to, if they don't respond to messages. SO what we always have to end up doing here, is delivering our misloads
