I had no CDL at the time Was told under 26000 pounds and we were exempt , I still refused to drive after the new law was passed on commercial vehicles ,, probably around 90 91

I kept a CDL license for many years even thought I didn't need one. When the big change came and the cost of a CDL sky-rocketed and the DUI limits were lowered down to not being able to have much more than a beer to fail---I gave mine up .
