Getting ugly

What the HELL are you talking about !!!!
There are more people in the general public that quit UPS because it was too hard than are unionly employed here.
Every area in the US has seen the UPS trucks out there after 8pm.
Every business owner has seen their delivery times changed because they're not the BIG account.
Air service has been pitiful at best, not even a priority anymore.
I read constantly how bad the USPS and Lazership misdelivered packages on my local Facebook feeds. We ARE the top dog in shipping because of the workers.

AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, NO ONE GIVES A :censored2: HOW MUCH WE'RE PAID
Feeder drivers are an exception because of the CDL and the OT available.
Package car drivers are beat up on a daily basis worse now than ever before.
Inside workers are part time and have limited years in the company to be making 500/a week
After one year, that "lowly" paid part timer has the EXACT benefits I do after 25 years, so zip it. Little benefits my ASS.

I could care less how much the UPS pilots or mechanics are making because they have serious gripes about how this company bargains.
If there's a strike or not, you're dependency on the pension was your first financial mistake.

"Damn!" Preach it

Look at his bio on Facebook. I typed it in himself I'm sure. Maybe a heads up in in order. He was born in 1977 and he has fourteen years in, so maybe he's made an error. either that or it doesn't all stack up. anyway you should probably give him a heads up. I'm sure he will appreciate that.
Age 41 now, started at SuperValu at age 21 in 1998, started at Ups in 1999. Elected 14+ years later, started as PO in January 2014. 20 years as a Teamster this year. It all adds up.

Yes that's what they will say. While the union tells the public about the PT poverty and horrible harassment. Also they will tell the public the reason they make almost 100k is because they are forced to work long hours and sacrifice time with their family's.

To many many people money isn't everything.
Nuff said I want to drive but the idea of missing out on family time kills me I wanna be there when the kids I one day have grow up not get home before they goto bed

Cool.... lead the way.
Gladly.
I know what you are saying. Pt'ers don't make much.

but what do you think the company is going to scream to the media? driver wages. 80-120 grand plus bennies.

understand now?
remind me again why workers get bitched about using the bathroom in building or on route?? What makes that okay? You’re retired so unless you’re with the teamsters I’d suggest you keep your nose out of it

So, correct me if I am wrong...the membership puts in the proposals, we pay the ‘negotiators’ to bargain on our behalf and the ‘negotiators’ are not allowed to update us and the ones who do are fired....yea ok.

And the negotiators are proposing concessions? The ones that are against these proposed concessions are kicked off?

Then let's post management's compensation with all the perks.

And the harassment needs to be made public including restraining orders and police reports levied upon management. I know of documented cases that would diffuse public perception about "over compensated" hourly.

We have valid gripes. All we need to do is to put them out on display.
