Maybe. All it takes is one. But if they were using that gun for live action firing then yes it probably was loaded up

But only because Cheney's gun had birdshot in it. If if had a pumpkin ball in it the outcome likely would have been much different. The gun was still handled just as carelessly as the Baldwin gun. And to what extent did the fact that Cheney was VP influence his ability to get off scot free?
