They are cool. I’m old kid, been there, seen that, read that. I even owned a gun store. Thompsons were the gun, you could buy them in a hardware store or mail order, before the government stopped it.

HK MP 5. I like the WW2 Thompson with no Cutts compensator and simple sights. Early in the war, some marines went ashore with Thompsons with 50 rnd drums. They tried to cut costs and made some changes, the new Thompson couldn’t take a drum, only a stick mag.

Thanks to the big beautiful bill, you can now buy a SBR Thompson and not have to pay 200 bucks for a government tax stamp. No more having to buy those goofy long barrel ones.
