At least six killed in drive-by shooting after Sacramento bars let out
At least six people were killed and ten injured after shots rang out in California's capital city early Sunday morning. Witnesses saw a person in a car shooting into a crowd after the bars let out.

Hours earlier, thousands had been gathered at nearby Golden 1 Center for a performance by Grammy-winning rapper Tyler, the Creator. It wasn’t known if any of the victims had been in attendance, but Steve Hicks, a Dublin resident who’d brought his daughters to the show, said he was awakened in his room at the Citizen by the sound of ambulances.
Sue Lockwood, 67, said she heard the shooting from her tent on the east side of City Hall, where she is living.

California has required background checks for all gun sales since the 1990s.
California has banned “assault weapons” since the 1990s.
California bans “high capacity” magazines.
Additionally, California has a red flag law, gun registration requirements, a 10-day waiting period on gun purchases, a “good cause” requirement for concealed carry permit issuance, a ban on campus carry for self-defense, a ban on teachers carrying on K-12 campuses for classroom defense, and a limit on the number of guns law-abiding citizens can buy each month.

Also, about a bazillion rifles manufactured and chambered for .22LR in the United States before the 70's did not have serial numbers. Get caught shooting a ground squirrel or a rat with grandpa's old 22; you'd better have a California hunting license and you are also in possession of a "Ghost Gun." You will also be cited for killing an animal with a lead projectile.

Dandrae Martin is facing charges of assault with a firearm and being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm, the Sacramento PD announced in a news release.
Martin also appears to be an aspiring rapper, who uses the name “Dredamacc” on Youtube.
On a Soundcloud account, he went by Dremacc and said he was from Sacramento and Phoenix.
