You inferred that Texas is run by a bunch of conservatives and they were at fault, not liberals. It's nobody's fault but the idiot doing the shooting. However all the shootings that happen in "gun free zones" would have to be blamed to some extent on anyone who insists on such zones. You're not going to stop all shootings by taking away guns because people who don't obey laws will still have them.
