Obama Sends U.S. Combat Troops To Uganda To Help Kill Rebel Leader… LRA leader Joseph Kony

Yes, we’ve now entered another war.
(ABC News) — Two days ago President Obama authorized the deployment to Uganda of approximately 100 combat-equipped U.S. forces to help regional forces “remove from the battlefield” — meaning capture or kill — Lord’s Resistance Army leader Joseph Kony and senior leaders of the LRA.

The forces will deploy beginning with a small group and grow over the next month to 100. They will ultimately go to Uganda, South Sudan, the Central African Republic, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, with the permission of those countries.

The president made this announcement in a letter to House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, Friday afternoon, saying that “deploying these U.S. Armed Forces furthers U.S. national security interests and foreign policy and will be a significant contribution toward counter-LRA efforts in central Africa.”

He said that “although the U.S. forces are combat-equipped, they will only be providing information, advice, and assistance to partner nation forces, and they will not themselves engage LRA forces unless necessary for self-defense.”

The president said that for more than two decades the LRA has been responsible for having “murdered, raped, and kidnapped tens of thousands of men, women, and children in central Africa” and continues to “commit atrocities across the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and South Sudan that have a disproportionate impact on regional security.”

Obama’s New Senior Campaign Adviser a Longtime Wall Street Lobbyist…

Occupiers hardest hit.
(Daily Caller) — President Barack Obama’s new senior campaign adviser is a longtime Wall Street lobbyist, and has the potential to damage the president’s aspirations to appeal to the protesters currently “occupying” New York City’s Zuccotti Park.

Obama’s new adviser, Broderick Johnson, has an extensive history of lobbying for big banks and corporations, according to the Center for Responsive Politics. In 2007, he lobbied for JP Morgan Chase and in 2008 Johnson lobbied for Bank of America and Fannie Mae. From 2008 through 2010, he lobbied for Comcast and in 2011 he lobbied for Microsoft.

Johnson is currently a partner at D.C.-based communications firm Collins Johnson Group, which boasts that it excels at “providing superior strategic planning and political consulting services to multinational corporations, government entities, political campaigns and parties, elected leaders, nonprofit organizations, issue groups, investors and entrepreneurs.”

Including open houses and social events, Johnson has visited the White House 17 times since 2009, according to White House visitor logs. One of those meetings was with Obama adviser Valerie

Hispanic Fury With Obama: The Dilemma That's the Handwriting on the Wall
The mainstream punditry has long treated as a fait accompli that the Hispanic vote in the 2012 election is safely in Obama's corner and will, as in 2008, likely tip the balance in swing states like Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, perhaps even Florida. But this looks extremely doubtful, even in a presidential election in which immigration will finally emerge as a major issue. In fact, the reason this proposition is so dubious is precisely because immigration will be a major issue.
This shared assumption appears to be the product of wishful thinking rather than an accurate portrayal of the angry, resentful mood on the Hispanic street. It's not descriptive but prescriptive, reflecting the media's wishes, not Hispanic attitudes. As Rep. Luis Gutierrez's periodic rebellious outbursts against the administration's action or inaction reveal, Obama is an enormous disappointment to Hispanics to whom he promised passage of "comprehensive immigration reform" but couldn't even deliver the DREAM Act. Nor are all Hispanics buying the rationale that this failure is wholly attributable to Republican obstructionism or the fears of Democrats who recognize amnesty is anathema to the great majority of Americans and are loath to face the backlash.
Both are factors, but the president has never regarded the issue as a priority. His pandering to Hispanics has been entirely rhetorical, and words can take one just so far. Though his stated goal is amnesty for some 11 million illegal aliens, some of his interim polices are profoundly unpopular with Hispanics. His administration is facing a fierce Hispanic backlash now – just as the election campaign begins – bad timing for a weak incumbent to have an important component of his base fractionating. The cause? The record one million illegal aliens his administration has deported.
Boiling anger over this is the theme of the Washington Post story entitled, "Activists say Obama aide Cecilia Munoz has 'turned her back' on fellow Hispanics".

All the illegals coming here want to work and bhos is killing jobs.

Special report: Are jobs in jeopardy for the Hispanic community? a new U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement program known as IMAGE, an acronym for ICE Mutual Agreement between Government and Employers.
Many big-name companies — Hyatt, Chick-fil-A, Best Western International and Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing North America among them — are working with ICE, with more doing so every year.
Participants promise to use ICE’s E-Verify employment eligibility checking system, establish an employment eligibility checking policy which includes I-9 audits, and submit to an I-9 inspection. In return, ICE eases or waives potential fines for I-9 violations, provides I-9 form training and won’t conduct an I-9 inspection for two years.
“The IMAGE program is a business coming to the government saying ‘We would like to work with you,’” said ICE spokesman Shawn Neudauer.
A company can also adopt IMAGE Best Employment Practices, 12 steps that include using a federal service to cross-check workers’ Social Security numbers. The 12 steps were mandatory until ICE streamlined the application process in June.
Quality Pork Processors in Austin. Members of the Hispanic community told the Herald that 30 to 40 people a week and sometimes as many as 80 a week have been leaving QPP. Company officials said high turnover is common this time of year, but current and former workers said people are leaving due to increasing employment eligibility checks.
QPP officials said the company is adding more workers and expanding production by hiring local workers. The company has advertised job openings since the beginning of October.
QPP workers said the company is hiring more African and Asian refugees as well.
Latino workers are afraid to train in new workers now.
