I honestly dont have too much of a plan to survive. I currently work at a pretty obscure part of the company. The team here is rly small but the people are pretty good and honest imo. My guess is I am more likely to be made redundant than fired. And as for honesty, Ill just continue to do my work well and avoid screwing others.

That seems like a high ratio. I supervised 10 on a sort table and then 10 in an unload, then 1/2 a box line of Preloaders.

IMO UPS has non management jobs that they call management jobs. I have seen this in TSG and revenue recovery. Probably do it in other areas now too. I wouldn’t know.
