And, what about that group wanting out of Local 89 for misrepresentation ?

Man, I honestly don't know about the 1.5 Mil in dues, but I can see what people mean about the misrepresentation. There are some shady stewards here (in my opinion, not accusing anybody). We just switched business agents in my building as well, so that might have something to do with it.
