How do you guys handle muscle aches?

Be careful as your muscle ache could be a bigger issue. See your PCP if it is accute, or you lose a range of motion. Anything more than a "muscle ache" should be filed under workman's comp and you will get a temporary restriction (no irregs!) to heal whatever it is that happened.

My daily recovery setup is easy to remember: greens, protein, creatine.

I have a smoothie with green superfood powder, spinach, greek yogurt, and a bunch of frozen fruit, and protein powder. Add in a dose of creatine afterwards.

You can get 40-50g of protein, a ton of vitamins and minerals and polyphenols and flavonoids and all that stuff that doesn't make a nutrition label, and some probiotics, in a pretty quick dose that doesn't taste bad. Put that in the body before you sleep and it has what it needs to heal you.

I just started as a loader and I take BCAA supplements before work and drink a whey protein shake after work. Haven't been sore yet and I haven't worked out in 3 years.

Are you sure you want to punch out?
Not doing the UPS approved stretching routine during the pcm? How dare you...

In all seriousness aches usually come from incorrect technique or overuse. Overuse is on UPS, but look at how you’re doing things such as lifting.
