How much or what would it take,for you to go into management?

I've already learned enough lessons from prior jobs to know that there is nothing you could do to get me into UPS management.

My previous job as an account development manager, I made about $110,000,managing 10 people. To go into management here would be minimum double that, due to the bs I see them go through

That's the best part about our job. We buy some new boots and our feet feel better and we can sleep good at night because we aren't in management so we don't have to cover things up. Win win.
