Had one of these staring me down face to face about 10 feet away out in Yellowstone 2 years ago when the wife and I was on my Harley. That was a helpless feeling. Thank god he didn't charge. The buffalo standing in the road were scary also.

I remember seeing the grates on roads that went into buffalo areas in Oklahoma. Buffalo wouldn't walk on them but you could drive over them.

I have several of these on my route. On many occasions I have driven over one going down someones driveway and found myself in the midst of a herd of cattle.
