It's definately time for a remodel. My MIL has the same tile. Original vanity with laminate top also.

My neighbor was the old HS shop teacher. Had him remodel a bathroom and replace windows. Pretty reasonable.

I had to make two trips in my little S-10 to pick up a square yard of rock, I was overloaded. Interesting trip home, my professional driving skills were useful. Lots of fun unloading. Remove tailgate, back up fast, and slam on brakes!
