It benefits anybody who smokes or wants to smoke. You really don't realize how much weed flows in this state. It's the largest cash crop in a state that has the largest ag industry in the country.

You're right that the few that have licensing will make big $ but it will lower the price for the smoker and increase business for the green tourism it will bring. Most people think oh it will turn into Colorado. No we started this whole thing and we will show the rest of the country how it's done.
