I’d say it’s about 70/30 to mask wearing and not. Gets even lower in the crowded areas with food stalls and eateries. Here in Ginza, where we are staying, it’s around 90%. Funny thing is in HK they took our temp when we entered the hotel, nothing like that here. Also, some places in HK wouldn’t let you enter without a mask.
