Every little town in western Kansas has a bar for many years they could only serve 3.2 beer and they closed at midnight

Most serve liquor now and stay open later

I think Mn. is the last state where you can get a 3.2 beer or a strong one. Depending on what liquor license the bar buys. Every year they say they are going to get rid of the 3.2 stuff but it never happens.
