I'll be honest --not 100% sure but I believe so. It has those whirly bird things (seeds) that drift down from it in the fall. Kind of a messy tree but somehow it escaped the chainsaw when they were digging my basement. About a dozen years ago I had to cut the top third of it off because it had died but since then it has came back 100% - even growing a new top.
I've heard rumor of a large BC party happening around @rod s firepit.

Beautiful time of the year. Had planned a three day backpack and fishing of Rocky Mountain National but the weather turned a little nasty and bailed after one night. I'm too old now to camp in the low 30's and rain/snow.
