He kind of disappeared right after moreluck. Think he might have felt bad after. I hope not. We all don't get along with everyone
I get along with everyone---except douch bag Dave. There is one guy in California though who is full of himself who can't seem to say a good word about anyone.

Eh, don't worry about the California people. They just think their better than everyone because they are. ;)

Your Summer is what? July and August? Make it to the Nationals last week? Wasn't all that busy from what I saw.
IF we are lucky we get the end of April up to the end of Sept as NICE months. Mn. can have strange weather. I've seen a high of 43 degrees on the 4th of July and on the other end of the scale I've seen 70 in February.

I made the Nationals (both 360 and 410 shows) for 26 years straight. Last year I decided to hang it up because camping was getting to be too much of a hassle. Most campsites are booked up over a year in advance and the place I always stayed was almost impossible to get a site with electricity and water. The last year I went I stayed in one of their primitive sites with no hook-ups and no shade and NO generators allowed. Iowa in August is usually 90 to 100 degrees with lots of humidity. That year I was miserable for the 12 days I was there and said never again. I have now sold my toy hauler and 3/4 ton Silverado so camping is out of the question. It was a blast while it lasted though (except that last year).

Not in Knoxville there isn't. One Super 8 that is book solid for the Nationals for probably 20 years out and a run down one that last I heard was infested with bed bugs. The 2 campgrounds located next to the track are a muddy mess when it rains (as it always does). For years I stayed at the Marion County Park intown within walking distance of the track. That was fine until they went to a lottery system for their campsites which after they remodeled went from 150 sites down to 1 hundred---(stupid move).
