Seriously though, in Texas the one who stays in the house, gets the house.
Get a restraining order, have a Locksmith change the locks, and arrange to have Law Enforcement at the house upon his return from work to keep things from going bad.
When he comes to get everything of his, again, have Law Enforcement there as well.
The harsh reality is that it might be time to move on, and get on with your life.
